you don't necessarily need 2.24 if you want to modify stuff in-game
ive heard 8.0.2 isnt that great, so i would recommend just using 8.0.1 and an earlier version that has been proven to work (is it 2.21?)
and for uptodate transfers, you should know that fmformation produces the best update in the world, we might even be better than si ;)
