If it hasn't come up about the Mexican's work permit, then withdraw you bid and try again. You only get 2 oppertunities to appeal before the transfer is cancelled
Doesnt Man Utd have a Belgium feeder team? if so, just appeal anytime it says refused, one the 2nd time, you can sign him but he cant play in England, then send him to a feeder club. Hope this helps |
