just to add more about creating training schedule....
in many occasions, their some players that are uniques and u need them to do not just the basic role(def,attack and mid man)..so, u should try to train the player slightly different to the normal player. this 4 example, a good wing back usually have good pace and crossing ability,so for their training,u might thing to be
combined a midfielder features and defense features..for instance a wing back would need little bit higher training for attacking and set piece. Same goes to a winger,attacking midfielder and dif.midfielder. Not to mention the variety also can be caused by the
age,
natural fitness,
injury condition and how far can a player stand the workload. Eventually,u will find that u not only have the 3 basic training schedule but 7 or 8 or more..
