Personally, I dont like the fact that the shoutbox has been relocated. I think it was a good idea to have it on the homepage as its a nice sight to look at when you log in and see the usual guys posting and its not as intimidating to new users to post there. Admittedly some new users abused it but a lot didn't. I am not sure if I would of started using the shoutbox in the first place if it was located purely in the forums
