i think having the 10 post rule a good idea because we have recently got so many users who dont treat the site properly and just go on the shoutbox to annoy certain people ..
having the shoutbox in the forum section is perfect because it will increase forum posts because the shoutbox will be there too..
hope my opinion does something lol |
