that is wrong actually a forward arrow or farrow as they are known means they player will move forward in that direction when ya team has possession while a backwards arrow or barrow means that player will fall back in that direction when the opposite team has possession while a sideways arrow or sarrow means the player will play in a more wider role or narrower depending on the direction of the arrow
and i allways have a few barrows now defo when im playin a 4-4-2 with my 2 cm with them both having barrows and it works wonders as i can have them on a attackin mentality but still will come back to help defend :)
as for the tactic looks gd veggie will try it after ive finished this season with palermo as my tactic is proving gd and i dont want to disrupt it mid season
it might also be better to have 3 DC then a DR/DL and DC with maybe the DM running into the wide positions
