from my experience, tutoring him with senior players and playing him straight away in first team is the best way in developing youth players....
taking example in my game, david amoo, jack hoobs, and dean bouzanis.... now they are a good player... even, david amoo is my top scorer below Fernando Torres... Dean covered Reina very well... and hoobs make an incredible duet with Carra, his tutor...
Moreover, sending him in loan is not a good way because their skill is not going up as many as training them, esp when ur training facility is fairly well... |
