i set my rep as automatic and within 2 or 3 seasons i got offered the sweden job but quit after a week and then i went to congo and stayed with them for a bit ... then on season 5 i got offered the england job. .
all because i won the champions league twice in a row with newcastle
so it really depends on how well you do for you club mate :)
