Is quality on the whole but Swindon Town haven't been done properly (I'm a Swindon fan lol) !!
What needs changing:-
1) Mauro Almeida and Ibon Arrieta were released in January
2) Kaid Mohammed went on loan to Torquay in January
3) Before the end of the transfer window, Dave Byrne was promoted to Asst Manager and Paul Bodin came in as Youth Coach.
4) THERE WAS A BIG TAKEOVER IN EARLY JANUARY !!!!!!
The current board is as follows:
Chairman - Andrew Fitton
Man Director - Jeremy Wray
Director - Russell Backhouse
Director - Nick Watkins
There is also a large financial backing, including Andrew Fitton, Sir Martyn Arbib and the founder of Betfair Andrew Black! They are worth over £500 million collectively, however, they have only cleared the clubs debts and injected one or two million in to the day-to-day running of the club. They are very rich but cautious.
