Assigning Coach’s to Training Schedules

If you are a Premiership or wealthy club you should aim to have as many coaching staff as possible to cover 1 to each of your schedules.

This will ensure you have the maximum amount of “Star” rating for each position.

Also what will affect this is the actual stats of the coaching staff. For example if you have a Coaching who has 12 in Attacking if you assign him to Attacking on his own he may only rate 2 or 3 stars. If your coach has a rating of 18 then it will be 4 or 5 stars.

Be very careful to also ensure that the higher rated coaching staff gets assigned to their speciality training. So becareful in whom you buy as coaching staff!

If you are lucky to have one of the best all around coaching staff on the game then you may even get away with assigning him to 2 or 3 schedules and not lose any over all star rating.

If you have a lower division club and cant afford to have the best staff or as many to cover everything then you are forced to double up. Pay very close attention to your overall rating for each schedule.

Newly added section to the above.. which is also in the downloadable file :)
