19th September: Maynard Ban Extended
Crewe can confirm today that the Football League have decided to extend Maynard's ban for 2 more games, following his recent red card for Violent Behaviour. Crewe manager Robert Smith had this to say
"Were obvoiusly disappointed with this, but Nicky was in the wrong, so keeping in sport, we wont be appealing." 21st September: Diamond Doudin

None of us expected him to settle in this quickly, but as youve seen, hes got an eye for goal as good as that of Michael Owen.
