Okay after trying to figure out how to donate to the site ive finally figured it out :P The website is 3Vcash.com. It allows you to purchase online without having a real Credit card and the good bit is that its pre paid.
Heres some of the steps on how to get your card:

https://www.3vcash.com/how.html 2 Then when you receive your card, in 10 working days or so, you can buy vouchers in local stores that sell them. The vouchers are just like the ones you'd get for phone credit. You get your 16 digit visa number and you also get a expiry date sent to your phone.

Get Donating, Its as easy as that ive registered for mine and will be donating in the near future (couple of days) as you can fund a paypal account using them as well.
