 Unemployed Coaches
I thought I would do something different as I am looking to add to my coaching staff with unemployed status as compensation is a pain and when your team has no money it becomes more difficult,Also a tip International Team coaches are classed as unemployed so try them. here are a couple I know of please feel free to add coaches and other staff who may be unemployed especially ones with high ratings for tactics.
Goalkeeper Coaches
Eike Immel (unemployed) (GK RATING 20)
Keith Branagan (Unemployed) (GK RATING 18)
Fitness Coaches
Roger Spry (Austria) (Fitness 18)
Carl Serrant (unemployed) (Fitness 20)
General Coaches
Gianfranco Zola (Italy)
Brian Laudrup (unemployed)
UPDATE: Thanks to Y2Stu for pointing out only 2 exist on his game lol but they do all appear on huge database which is what i use hence posting them up but hopefully a couple will appear for you hope this post still helps
