All our leagues here in Europe have been using a transfer window for a few years now, and I was wondering what you think.
I personally think the transfer window is a good idea, by making clubs think in the long term, not just a quick fix. But I also think there is a bad side. Only having a short period of time to buy players has resulted in larger squads, and more players from abroad, which inturn, pushes youth players further down the pecking order.
So what do you think? Is the transfer window making our youth players dissapear, or does it encourage common sense? Can it be improved? |
