It's not the update that is faulty, its the game. because SI decided to limit the power of the editor, you have to do a complicated and time consuming process to remove the points reduction, which in online games, causes the error message, due to the fact FM looks not only at the hosts DB (for main reference), but at the leechers DB's also (for quick reference). becasuse the game is stupid, it doesnt recognise the different DB's as being ok, and there fore shows the error message, (which does not effect the stability of the game, just is irritating). so i suggest, downloading a really decent update for personal games (pm if you want one), and the crappy weegee one for online games, as most people play in england on here anyway and wont be affected by the points difference. |
