I have done the transfer budgets based on their summer buys, summer sells and their defualt budet.

- NO BAD MOUTHING IT (E.G. DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT A CERTAIN COUNTRY NOT BEEN UPDATED, USE MINE OR DONT)
