Are you going to use the existing information in the scouting threads?
Australia is nearly at 100% in the previous db, but still needs a few updates/corrections to be spot on. If you're prepared to update Australia, I'm happy to submit everything required in the scouting thread.
Let me know which leagues you are doing....below is the bare minimum, I'd say.

You should also be checking FootballTransfers.net and updating that daily, too.
If you do that, you'll definitely have an update worth downloading.
