Yes you can!
Simply:
Copy the whole Db and save game to a starage device and install FM (with ptaches) on your new computer and put them in the right folders and off you go
or
Use winzip/winrar to archvie the DB and save game, when that is done, upload them to filefront or another hosting site. Then download them on to the new computer!
