Be really careful with what you say to the press, it will affect your players. Give your players encouragement before the game, and bollock them at half time if things are bad. Really go for it if you still lose a full time. Use the player interaction and tell the press if they aint playing as you expect. You could always get your ass manager to do the team talks, just make sure they have a high motavation rating. On the tactics front, try and stick with what you have, players take a few games to adapt. |
