Some Arsenal changes
* Hleb should have higher "stats" playing on the central midfield position, 20 because it's his natural postion. And maybe his stats on right midfield should be set around 16. And
Eboué should be better on the right midfield position.
Gavin Hoyte can play CB.

Anton Blackwood should be added in the U-18 squad.
* Mike Salmon (Reserve team coach) and Steve Gatting (Youth coach) should be added.
* Affiliated Clubs; Beveren (Loans), Salamanca (Loan), Barnet (Training match), Colorado (Financial), Gia Lai (first option), BEC (first option).
* Maybe J-H. Rasmussen should have better potential than -1?
* Change the colours for the away kit and add the the third kit.
* There is two Wojciech Szeczesny in the U-18 squad, one is a keeper and the other a CB. Remove the CB-guy!
