Serie A Week 37 Live!

- First Half

Fabio Caressa (FC): A great afternoon ahead of here in sunny Ennio Tardini where Torino may win the Serie A title. Your commentators are Fabio Caressa...

Giuseppe Bergomi (GB): and Beppe Bergomi.

GB: Teams enter the field right now. Torino in usual dark red kit and home side Parma in white and black. Beautiful weather has brought people to the stadium as it's completely sold out according to Parma's press office.

FC: The line-ups are in front of you for once more as the teams make final preparations. Referee for tonight Gianluca Paparesta, while on sidelines, Parma is guided by Stefano Pioli and Torino by Tanel Tursk.

***
FC: Here goes the whistle, Parma kick the ball off in packed Ennio Tardini.

GB: Corner for Torino! Rosina takes it...

FC: Curled in but defenders clear! Padoin gets it and smashes back upfront. Dragutinovic misses interception. Silva gets ball by the sideline!!! Crosses... Over the goal! What a miss by Di Natale.

GB: He was free in good position, just 13 meters from goal. Should have got it on goal!

FC: GOAL!

GB: Inter made most of Howard's very bad kick at the ball. Really lovely power and curl by Malouda as he got the pass from Vieira I think.

FC: Inter now 1:0 ahead after just 2 minutes!

***

GB: Angelo to step up for the free-kick in middle of the park.

FC: Hits it low for Kutuzov. Past one... GROHE! MARCELO!

GB: Di Loreto clears it, brave play by the center-back and even more fabulous save by the Torino goalkeeper, the ball was curling in at near post, but he managed to get his body to it and keep that out!

FC: Long kick by Grohe as the ball was passed back to him. Di Natale gets it, squares to Silva. Fantastastic! Past two players!

GB: Abbruscato free at far post.

FC: OH!!! Silva hits the sidenetting.

GB: Should've passed the ball. Abbruscato was all free at far post. No-one around. Great run, but got a little selfish like all players do. Wanted to cap it off himself obviously.

FC: GOAL!

FC: Milan took the lead against Sampdoria with goal from Argentine midfielder Javier Mascherano.

GB: As you can see from the replay. Really bad defensive game from Sampdoria. Bas positioning, bad marking and couldn't get the ball cleared. It fell to Mascherano who didn't have to do anything but blast it in.

FC: Rosina long ball foward. Quick attack from Toro. Abbruscato brilliantly tackled by Labaka! Ball falls to Padoin, pass to Rosina... Luca Brunoni!

GB: Brunoni positioned himself right. It was good shot from distance from Rosina. He didn't shoot against any defenders and it was tough. Slightly higher and it would've been 1-0. Ball cleared.

FC: Throw-in now. Rosina gives it to Padoin. Padoin back. Two have combined a lot on the wing. Rosina crosses! Di Natale free at far post! SAVED! ROBERTO! STELLONE! TORINO ARE 1:0 AHEAD!

GB: He was brilliantly positioned him. Brunoni did fine save on Di Natale, but Stellone wasn't offside and could tap it in as he was left guardless. Somebody took him onside while marking Abbruscato it seems.

FC: Torino 1:0 ahead at Parma through Roberto Stellone goal and that result would take them to title!

FC: GOAL!

FC: Sampdoria have equalized to keep pressure on Torino. Bazzani with the goal.

GB: Yes, a simple tap in for a striker of his statue. Fine cross from left by Sampdoria's winger. Is it Petrov? He usually plays there. Spotted the run brilliantly. Dida had nothing to do, even if it was near post.

GB: Fine looking long ball from Labaka.

FC: Cruz heads to Stefano Morrone, low pass to Morfeo... goes past Di Loreto... shoots! Miles wide!

GB: Not really a text-book shot.

***
21'
FC: GOAL!

FC: ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC! Puts Inter ahead 2:0.

GB: Another piece of bad defending from Napoli. Inter seems to be on cruise control. Fantastic pass from Malouda, easy goal for Zlatan far post. Howard was totally helpless. You can't make mistakes against teams like Inter.

***
25'
GB: Julio Cruz unfortunately has to limp off to make life little easier for Torino. It was tough luck, the challenge was clean from Tamas, but he fell awkwardly. Feret on for him.

***
29'

FC: Dragutinovic stops Torino attack with pass to Feret.

GB: Silva robs the ball!

FC: BRUNONI! Magical save!

GB: It was. Low shot, at near post, but such pace and direction. Very hard to stop. Silva blasted it the moment he got the ball. He could've been anywhere in the goal, but he was right where needed.

FC: GOAL!

FC: NELSON VALDEZ takes one goal back for Napoli! 1:2 there!

GB: Valdez is in great form this season and he really showed it again. Tough angle to score from, but blasted it low to far post. That's what he does the best. Most of his goals are similiar. Really knows how to aim the shot into the far post.

FC: GOAL!

FC: Emanuele Calaio!!! Two - two in San Paolo stadium which is holding over 60 000 people today.

GB: Fine goal! All teams seem to be bombing hard. Nice delicate finish at far post from former Pescara player if I'm not mistaken.

FC: Back to Parma now. Di Natale was laying on ground for little bit of time during the Napoli goal. They now continue the game from corner.

GB: Cleared again...

FC: Napoli tries to attack but their tries get pushed back immediately. Now Di Natale with the ball. Brilliant pass! Stellone one on one. Parma protests for offside, referee takes none of it. Stellone run continues, round goalkeeper, ROBERTO STELLONE! 2:0 TORINO!

GB: Fine finishing and true striker skills from Stellone. And a fabulous pass. It was tight decision for linesman, chose not to raise the flag. It's impossible to see whether there was a foot or hand slightly ahead of last man for Stellone, but sure he did finish well.

FC: Barone to Silva... pass takes deflection. Silva blasts at goal. Over!

GB: Another fine move from Torino. They are completely all over Parma.

FC: Half-time whistle, this is it for first half in Parma.
