Something similar happened to me. I was Celtic, and at the end of every season i was told that i was getting undersoil heating installed even tho i already had it and thi s caused the capacity to go down by about 8000 every season. After a few seasons my capacity was down to under 40000 when it should have been 60000. This was nothing to do with expansion of the stadium. |
