These are tactics that i have established myself lately
They are very good, especially if you are struggling for goals
They mainly combine 2 good wingers, with a fast striker and a target man
It also has 2 decent FB, who like to attack
Hopefully another few people will try them, and tell me what you think fo them, and where i could improve them
They are also very good, if your wingers are struggling for you, he is scoring and setting up alot of goals for me
When i first developed them they were too attackive, and led to about 3 goals a game, but conceded on average 1 goal a game, so ive altered them a small bit to be a bit more defensive
Team Instructions Quick Tempo with Direct passing
Passing the ball down both flanks, so to get alot of crosses in
Its mainly used with a target man, with all the balls being played to him. Both to his head and feet
It also uses playmaker, so you'll have to decide on your own i usually use one of my cm, with my two wide men
Individual Instructions The two wide men are imperative to the success of this tactic
Firstly they need to be able to use both feet, as they will be switching position
They have to be decent at shooting and finishing
So you might need to buy players to suit this
It relies alot on creativity from the midfielders, especially the wide men, as they will be crossing alot
It also relies ont he full backs getting forward
Versions This is a more defensive version, as i altered them because when i had people testing them, they were conceding 2 goals for every 3 games
So i decided to make them a bit more defensive, so try and avoid this
Player Types Defence: Strong cb's who are good at holding the line : eg john Terry
good full backs who like to get forward, and are good passers and crossers: eg Daniel Alves
Midfield: One DM playing cm, someone who is a good passer and also good at tracking back and getting alot of tackles: eg Javier Mascherano
The other CM has to be creative, and a good playmaker as he will be getting forward alot. Also has to be good at shooting from long range, and must be good at intrigate passes : EG Kaka
The two wide men need: Pace
Acceleration
Good Crossing
Good Dribbling
Good first touch
Be able to use both feet fairly well, as they will be switching positions : Joaquin
Striker: One has to be a targetman
Someone who is good with his head, and is also strong: EG Dirk Kuyt
The other striker has to be fast
He has to be able to run with the ball, and be a good finisher: EG David Villa
So inconclusion for the player types: Good attackive FB
Strong CB
A creative/Defensive midfield combo
Fast creative wingers
A target man
A fast striker
Results This has been tried at many different levels
The following leagues:
Serie A
Serie B
Premiershi
Championship
League 1
League 2
Conference
LA liga
Spaning second divsion
Ligue 1
Bundesliga
So as you can see they have been tried out in a wide variety of leagues
Each team tried them out for atleast a season, some lasted 5, some only 1
It is suitable to all leagues, and so doesnt need any altering
But some advice on how they can be improve is acceptable if you feel it could improve the tactic
