Just a quick update.
John Polston ( ex-Tottenham, Norwich, Reading player) left my management team as an Assistant Manage to join Norwich for the same post.
So I got ex-Man Utd youth coach, Arthur Albiston in to replace him.
Albiston 6 games into conference league, my standings as follow :
Conference Standings Fellow promoted team, Nuneaton are in the second place with a superb defensive record.
Anyone has any suggestion to help on the defensive problems ?
