FC Nordsjælland:
The facepack is a large facepack (140x180), so you'll need a large facepack mod. I've also decided to make player icons, so you get the small player thingies too, it's the pictures itself scaled down to 16x20 pixels.
I managed to scrap together 38 pictures of players, youth players and some of the staff. I will add more as I get my sticky little fingers on more pictures.

Simply unpack the files to your Football Manager 2007 directory and you're good to go.
