i find the easiest way to find how the tactic plays mid way through a season, is by taking control of the reserve team and using it for a few weeks, assess the general game by fitness, rating, shots on/off, free kicks won/conceded and weather we won/drew or lost.
Providing the goal/shots on target ratio is more than 1/8
im not conceding free kicks in key positions and more important, i win my games.
then i attempt to then replicate them against very weak opposition, or use them in friendlies with the view of buying players to fill that spot, etc..... |
