Friday Dec 8 AFC Telford United finally get Moore Lee Moore today agreed an 18-month deal with AFC Telford United after spending nearly three months on loan at there, becoming a popular player. AFC Telford made Tamworth an offer for Lee a few weeks ago, but this fell short of Tamworth of what was required. Following days of talks, and taking on board Lee Moore's desire to play week in, week out a deal was struck that makes both sides happy. Everyone at Tamworth have enjoyed working with Lee during his short stay at The Lamb. Boss Mark Cooper did not want to stand in his way of regular first team football, and wishes him the best for the future. Part of deal includes Tamworth visiting Bucks Head in pre season 2007/08, so this will give the fans to say goodbye to Lee and wish him well for the future in his football endeavours. |
