Goalkeeper Zuba got the toughest hit and the Brazilian youngster has to sit out for three months maximum. Other players who've gotten injuried have to spend out a little less time and will be back for Serie A opener against Empoli. Alessandro Rosina though may be a doubt after being announced injuried for around two weeks. Defender Ivan Franceschini and Italian international Stefano Fiore will spend around one and half week on the sidelines. Though there is a Atalanta in few days time for Il Granata which they plan to continue a fine cup run. "It's a tough hit for us, but we've got some nice cover for most of the players so I don't see too much problems," told Torino manager Tanel Tursk, "The only problem may occure with Rosina's position, but I think I can put Konan play there." "In long run I'm a little sad about Zuba's injury though as he was really proving a point at the moment, but Lupatelli and Taibi are both fantastic goalkeepers too," he finished. |
