Hi slackerman,
You press the Print Screen button which is right of the backspace button on your keyboard.
Open Paint and paste the image, 'save as', underneath the file name box it says 'save as type' make sure you change this to JPEG.
Then use a host website, I use
www.imageshack.us, upload your image, then paste your link (I normally choose 'Forums (2)') then ta da! Done :)
