Well here is the secret of my success.
I shall explain a few things first.... If you are in a top club make sure you have 1 Coach PER section of the training... it will give you atleast 4 stars on everything!
If you are a small div club then double/triple up!!!

Then to import these into your game go into the TRAINING SCREEN and EDIT - New Schedule - IMPORT
