I tried deleting the line in the config file, but that didn't solve the problem, still no strip.
But, I've worked it out now, don't delete that line, just have this seasons Arsenal home strip in your Premiership Kit folder twice, but one with the name 2005 and the other without.
Config -
<record from="arsenal_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/home/2005" />
<record from="arsenal_away" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/away" />
<record from="arsenal_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/home" />
<record from="arsenal_third" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/third" /> 
Hopefully that helps the others that are having problems, its working fine for me now.
