Think I sussed it out, check out the config file -
<record from="arsenal-home" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/home/2005" />
<record from="arsenal-away" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/away" />
<record from="arsenal-home" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/kits/home" />
I'm guessing that top line with '2005' in it needs to be deleted, how do you do that that, anyone know??
