good guide, i would class fmm and mini scout (editor) as the biggest cheating devices
genie scout is basically a good scout with CA and PA, and without those figures you can figure it out. and i know from experience that this isnt foolproof because even those players who have a PA of 190 something usually take years to get there or sometimes just dont. I had a Liechtenstein player once who I bought because of GenieScout and in the 5 years that I had him, he didnt progress one bit.
