ive seen this tut on pa and ive used it too (gio tut right?) but you need to have a little more render effects
maybe some textures behind the render or something. because a tutorial is meant to guide you in the right direction and get you started but you need to define your own style and use the concepts in the tuts along with your own creativity
oh and text work is great except for the villa one, agree with woodsy on that
